Project Changes

Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and concepts created by Architectural Kitchen Order Living remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to implement designs in their specified space but may not reproduce or share designs for commercial purposes.

Warranties and Limitations

We warrant that our services will be performed with professional care and skill. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment for all work completed to date. Refunds, if any, will be determined based on work completed and expenses incurred.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and project details. We may feature completed projects in our portfolio with client permission.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in London, United Kingdom.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
